Parlay Strategies is a service-driven boutique consultancy offering public and private funding solutions for local governments and nonprofit organizations. We offer government affairs services to help entities obtain public funds through government grants, appropriations requests, and congressional-directed spending. We also offer development services within the private sector to help organizations sustainably grow and make a greater impact within their communities. In addition to advocacy and funding solution services, we also offer guidance for political campaigns as well as assistance for businesses struggling to navigate complex government bureaucracy.
Parlay Strategies materialized as a necessity to provide services for a friend who needed assistance running for Congress in 2023 and we’ve been dedicated to bringing success to individuals and organizations ever since!
Our Founder/CEO
Lindsey Queen is a Georgia native, born and raised in Atlanta. From a young age, she always knew she wanted to make a meaningful impact. Lindsey is a proud first-generation college graduate from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she majored in Politics and Government. After graduating early, she embarked on her career as Legislative Aide and Clerk of the Ohio House Ways and Means Committee. Shortly after, Lindsey was handpicked to spearhead lobbying efforts and oversee public affairs at a prominent state association and has had the privilege of contributing to esteemed nonprofits and trade associations within the government relations sector ever since.
In her most recent role at Forbes Tate Partners, a nationally acclaimed Top 10 lobbying and public affairs firm, Lindsey excelled as Manager of Federal Government Relations. Her experience in Washington, D.C. encompasses a diverse array of policy domains ranging from appropriations, economic development, Fintech, taxation, health and human services, transportation infrastructure, workforce development, supply chain, and beyond.
In December 2023, Lindsey decided that more needed to be done to support the recovery of struggling families and communities who still face significant challenges after the COVID-19 pandemic. Knowing her capabilities and past success, she launched Parlay Strategies LLC, enabling her to provide affordable services to organizations in need of critical funding and program support.
